Protal diet is the newest fanciest diet programme. It was created in France by Pierre Dukan, who's been specializing in the subject for more than 3 decades now. Bascially the Protal diet is a high-proteine diet designed to burn the fat. The program breaks down into 4 parts. The first and second parts reduce weight, the third and fourth let you avoid yoyo effect and keep you slim for years.



The first phase length depends on how much you're going to lose. If you're out to lose 20 kilos, the phase will take 5 days. During that time you will eat mainly meet, fish, poultry and dairy, with addition of herbs. Avoid fat.

Second phase lasts until you get your expected weight. You should eat meat, fish, poultry, dairy and vegetables. Avoid carbohydrates.
