There isn't much on this issue on the internet as well as in the literature. That's because great companies want to keep us sick, one might think. But seriously, Appropriate intake of vitamins and consciousness equals less illness. There are so many illness types that could be prevented just by keeping the right level of vitamins in you body, that anyone would be surprised.




one thing you should remember is that boiling, baking, frying removes much of those important vitamins from food. For instance, in boiled peas has only 50% vitamins of normal peas, what's more if the peas was frozen, it will lose 80%, if it was in conserved, it will lose 90%!!
